High efficiency and space-saving. Box type furnace is generally preferred in low capacity production due to low initial investment cost. It provides advantages due to low fuel costs.
The maximum efficiency of the heating unit is designed on the basis of minimum fuel consumption. The heating unit located at the back of the oven can increase the temperature of the oven from ambient temperature to +230 ºC. The heating unit is made of 310-grade stainless steel and is resistant to 1000 ºC.
The fume pipes used in the heating unit are special seamless smoke pipes. The heating unit is placed inside the combustion chamber and surrounded by 150 mm rock wool. The heating chamber has an intervention door to prevent heating unit failures. The heating chamber has a turbine fan that distributes heat to the furnace. The heating hole is controlled by the control hole in the heating unit.
BoxType curing and drying ovens are made of sandwich panels and mounted and de-mounted to the case. The inner part of the oven is made of 1.2 mm ST 37 Galvanized and the outer part is made of 1.2 mm ST 37 material. Oven outer layer is coated with electrostatic powder paint and corrosion resistance is increased.
