  • ACROTECH Cyclone Cabinets

ACROTECH, Cyclone Cabinets consist of two separate units.

ACROTECH, Cyclone Cabinets consist of two separate units. Powder paint particles sucked with air are swept into the cyclone body by a centrifugal rotation of 180 degrees. The second vortex formed in the middle chamber lowers the dust particles to the cyclone bucket over the cyclone cone. Small fractures formed as a result of collision of fast-moving particles with each other turn to the suction pipe in the middle with the air and passes through the filter group to the deflection boiler. The powder paint accumulated in the bucket during operation is taken at certain intervals and returned to the gun by sieving.

  • Cyclone Powder paint booths are manufactured modularly from 1.5mm and 2mm DKP sheet.
  • Optionally, it can be manufactured from galvanized sheet, PVC or stainless steel material.
  • All parts of the cabin are de-mounted and all the connections are bolted.
  • The inner and outer surfaces of the cabinets are covered with electrostatic powder paint.
  • Automatic blast card can be added as optional.
  • Felt filters are determined according to the cyclone flow.
  • Felt filters have 15 micron dust holding capacity.
  • The fan used in the powder coating cabinet is of radiant type.
  • There is a sliding door in the powder coating cabin.
