ACROTECH, Cyclone Cabinets consist of two separate units. Powder paint particles sucked with air are swept into the cyclone body by a centrifugal rotation of 180 degrees. The second vortex formed in the middle chamber lowers the dust particles to the cyclone bucket over the cyclone cone. Small fractures formed as a result of collision of fast-moving particles with each other turn to the suction pipe in the middle with the air and passes through the filter group to the deflection boiler. The powder paint accumulated in the bucket during operation is taken at certain intervals and returned to the gun by sieving.
