ACROTECH Filtered Electrostatic Powder Coating Booths are an environmental product with high dust holding capacity. German HV filters hold up to 10-micron powder particles. Filtered cabins are preferred for easy color change.

In ACROTECH Filtered Electrostatic Powder Coating Booths, it is ensured that the powder paint particles absorbed by the fan adhere to the filter. The powder paint particles adhering on the filter pour the paint on it into the cabin by means of automatic blasting valves.

Powder paint particles poured into the cabin are transferred to the sieve system under the cabin and separated from the foreign materials and transferred to the powder paint gun. The number of filters in the cabinet is determined by the fan flow, the size of the part to be painted and the number of guns in the cabinet.
