KZincir (Power) are the conveyor systems where only the materials that the pushing task is carried by means of (Free) trolleys moving in a second rail. They are designed to operate at temperatures up to 225 ° C in the dyehouse environments. It is suitable for both suspension and ground handling applications.
Cardan type chains are used in our Power & Free conveyors, the number of cars can be increased, and parts up to 2 tons can be carried. In systems designed for heavy parts, it is easy to load and unload with the help of lift (Drop section) units that can move up / down. In systems where large-sized goods are transported, it is possible to shorten the surface preparation sections by moving the parts in the surface preparation areas of the paint shop conveyors forward / backward.
On Power and Free conveyors, the system can consist of many rings. These rings can operate at different speeds, products can move through different rings, change their order, or one can move while the other is standing.
Parts carried on Power & Free conveyors can move at different speeds in different rings, change their order, one can move while the other stands. In narrow and long sized goods, the parts can be moved longitudinally and transversely in the desired areas to obtain maximum efficiency from the production area.
In complex production processes, it is possible to move the goods transported on different routes by making barcode and reader applications. The large areas required for the monorail conveyors where long parts are transported, especially in the return areas, are not required in Power & Free systems.
