ACROTECH U TYPE CURING FURNACES

In ACROTECH U-TYPE Curing and Drying ovens; It is based on the principle of cooking the workpiece to be cured by hanging it on the furnace conveyor.

These types of ovens are internal return ovens. After the work piece is hung on the conveyor, it is cooked or dried while traveling at a certain speed depending on the thickness and m2 area of the part. ACROTECH, U-Type Baking and Drying ovens are specially designed with our expert engineering staff. It is manufactured as demounted. Thanks to this feature, it can be easily assembled and moved to other areas if desired. U-Type Curing and Drying Ovens are preferred by high capacity enterprises in the industry. It is used in various sectors such as white goods, automotive, construction, agricultural machinery, aluminum industry.

HEATING UNIT

ACROTEC Heating Exchangers are designed on the basis of maximum efficiency, minimum fuel consumption. Our thermoblocks mounted on the back of the furnace can increase the furnace temperature from ambient temperature to + 230 ºC. ACROTECH Heating Exchangers are made of 310 quality Stainless Steel material and are resistant up to 1000 ºC.

The smoke pipes used in the thermoblock are normalized seamless smoke pipes. The thermoblock is placed inside the combustion chamber and its surroundings are isolated with 150mm Rock Wool. There is an intervention cover for the combustion chamber against thermoblock failures. In the combustion chamber, there is a turbine fan whose heat is distributed inside the furnace. Thanks to the peep hole on the thermoblock, the combustion efficiency is controlled and also measures are taken against gas and diesel oil jams in the Thermoblock.

TECHNICIAL SPECIFICATIONS

U TYPE Baking and Drying ovens are made of sandwich panels and mounted and disassembled on the chassis. The inner part of the cooking oven is made of 1.2 mm ST 37 Galvanized and the outer part is made of 1.2 mm ST 37 material. Oven outer layer is coated with electrostatic powder paint and its corrosion resistance increases.

Oven panels are insulated with 150mm insulation material as standard. Inside the oven panels are insulated with 50mm Rock wool and the outer part with 120mm glass wool. Due to this insulation feature in the baking oven, heat losses do not exceed the ambient temperature (+ - 10) degrees. In this way, our cooking ovens consume less fuel and do not overheat the working environment.

There is air circulation inside the oven, air ducts and holes placed in the ducts throughout the oven, and a radial type fan that provides a homogeneous heat distribution inside the oven. Temperature control is done with thermocouple placed in the oven. The ACROTECH U Type baking oven automatically signals when it reaches the desired temperature and the baking oven can be set to 0 - 230 ºC thanks to the digital clock on the temperature control board.
