WEBB type conveyor chains are made of sphero cast and forged steel material and heat treated. Special bearings mounted on trolleys are capable of operating at 200 degrees. Lubrication is done by means of grease fitting on the trolley bodies. The drive system is a caterpillar model and gear wheel model, with safety switch, traveling car. The desired speed adjustment on the conveyor line can be made easily with frequency control. Chain tensioning system is made with skids and springs.
