ACROTECH Wet Paint Drying Oven

It works on the principle of loading the workpiece into a hanger or manually into the furnace. Baking and drying ovens are mounted on sandwich panels on the chassis and produced in disassembled condition.

Drying oven panels

50 mm glass wool or polyurethane insulation as standard.

Thanks to this insulation feature of the drying oven, heat losses do not exceed the ambient temperature (± 5) degrees.

Air circulation

ACROTECH Wet Paint Drying Ovens work in closed circuit.

It is provided homogeneously thanks to the cell fan placed on the oven.

During drying, the solvent in the water-based paint structure is discharged in the oven and continues to receive 20% fresh air from outside in order to keep the fresh air in the cabin by 20%.

Filtering

Thanks to the EU5 filters placed on the top of the oven, the dust that can come to the pieces from the external environment is kept at 98% and thus the surface quality is kept at the maximum level. Air adjustment is made with adjustable grilles on the wall opposite the oven. Temperature control is done with a thermocouple placed in the oven.

ACROTECH, Wet Paint Drying Oven, automatically stops at the desired degree. Thanks to the digital clock on the temperature control panel, the baking oven can be set to 0-70 ° C. Room dimensions are designed according to the dimensions of the parts to be painted. The doors used in the ovens are sliding and leakproof. The exhaust unit does not work during the drying process. At the end of the drying process, the exhaust unit fan will start automatically.
