    Our system, which specializes in the production of medium to large quantities, allows us to decorate both boards and flat panels up to 4 meters x 1.3 meters.
    This process provides greater durability and flame retardant properties of steel or aluminum, while allowing an aesthetic appeal of wooden panels.
    Extrusion
    Our system is not only limited to flat panels. We can decorate the extrusions designed up to 7 meters in length, designed with an architectural and commercial market in mind.
    The processability of the film applied during our process makes it perfect to decorate the extrusions with complex shapes such as fabrics, railings, veneer, flooring, fence, veneer, privacy curtains.

    Sublimation is the art of passing a specially painted product through a sublimatic film with wood grain, marble tone or a number of other decorative varnishes. The inks in our films are heat-transferred to the powder-painted base color, giving a long-lasting and extremely durable result.
    The sublimation process allows the beauty and warmth of the wood in relation to the use of natural wood, without time-consuming maintenance and expense. Our incredibly detailed surfaces also offer an environmentally friendly alternative to the use of real wood.

    All metals can be decorated, but aluminum and metal are the most common. Metals can be machined or killed even after wood pattern coating has been applied.     STAGES OF WOODEN PATTERN TRANSFER PROCESS

    01.
    The material should be treated in a standard coating unit using a special Polyurethane powder coating. The coating process consists of three different stages: pretreatment, powder spraying, curing. This layer enables the transfer of special heat transfer inks.
    02.
    The piece is first painted with powder paint, this is the substrate coating that will receive the sublimation inks.
    03.
    After the coating has cooled, it is wrapped with Metal or Aluminum Acrotech heat transfer film. Air will be sucked from the inside so that the film adheres fully to the object.
    04.
    The product to be patterned is covered with Acrotech heat transfer film; Apply the film perfectly to all surfaces to be decorated.
    05.
    Film Wrapped and vacuumed objects are then moved and hardened in a special Decorative Oven, operating at high temperatures (200 ° C to 230 ° C), where the inks contained in the Film are transferred to the Coating layer of the Film by Sublimation.
    06.
    The wrapped object is then placed in the Acrotech pattern Oven, where special inks are transferred from the Heat Transfer Film to the coating layer by Sublimation.
    07.
    After curing, it is removed from the oven and the pattern film is easily removed.
    08.
    The object is now fully decorated and ready to be delivered to other workstations (eg cutting device for windows and doors) or packaging units.
